We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive (Procurement) to support the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of components required for our cutting-edge drone and robotics products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Finance teams to ensure timely procurement of quality materials while maintaining cost efficiency and supplier reliability.

- Source and procure electronic, mechanical, and manufacturing components required for product development and production.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Request quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to understand material requirements and procurement timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical components are available to avoid production delays.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement schedules and supplier performance records.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, delivery challans, and supplier contracts.
- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for procurement, logistics, and vendor transactions.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supply chain metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through vendor negotiations and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Analyze procurement trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support efforts to improve procurement efficiency, lead times, and inventory management practices.




- Work closely with Engineering teams to source alternative components when required.
- Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments and procurement budgeting.
- Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.

- Experience 1+ year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Vendor Management.
- Experience in Electronics, Robotics, UAVs, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and commercial terms effectively.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management tools is preferred.
- Experience working with vendor databases and procurement tracking systems is an advantage.
