We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function and help build high-performing teams across milk procurement, quality, engineering, veterinary, finance, IT, sales, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with HODs to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and stakeholder communication.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
- Drive campus recruitment, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Track recruitment KPIs including TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and support HR transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, engineering, supply chain, sales, corporate,



or plant functions.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Experience in bulk hiring as well as leadership and niche hiring.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR processes will be an added advantage.
