Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage production operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee factory operations, including manpower handling, process control, and order management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Production Management or similar role in the auto components industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery installation & commissioning.
