What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Business Operations Analyst and take ownership of the operational backbone that keeps our technology group running smoothly. This is a hands-on operations role youll be the person who makes sure contracts get signed, invoices get paid, contractors get onboarded, and the day-to-day machinery of a large technology function works without friction. Youll work closely with technology leadership, finance, HR, and vendor partners to run core operational processes end to end, based out of our Bengaluru office.

What your day-to-day will look like:

- Contracting procurement: manage vendor contracts, statements of work, renewals, and procurement requests, working with Legal and Finance to keep agreements current and compliant.
- Invoicing payments: process purchase orders and invoices, track approvals, resolve queries with vendors and Finance, and keep payment cycles on track.
- Capex accounting: track capital expenditure against budget, support month-end and quarter-end reconciliation, and maintain accurate capex/opex records for the technology group.
- Hiring onboarding:



coordinate requisition approvals, support recruitment workflows, and manage current-hire onboarding logistics in partnership with HR.
- Team administration: own team administration processes calendars, resourcing trackers, org changes, and general administrative support for the technology group.
- Townhalls team comms: plan and run monthly townhalls and other team communications scheduling, logistics, content coordination, and follow-up actions.
- General operations: support governance routines, reporting cadences, and other operational processes typical of a technology group, stepping in wherever operational support is needed.
