We are looking for a skilled Power BI & MIS Data Analyst who can understand, extract, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources into interactive dashboards and reports. The candidate will play a key role in business reporting, KPI tracking, and decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities
- Power BI Dashboard Development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Create KPI dashboards for operations, production, quality, finance, and safety
- Build data models, relationships, and DAX-based calculations
- Ensure dashboard performance and usability
- Data Integration & Transformation
- Integrate data from SQL, ERP (SAP), Excel,
SharePoint, and APIs
- Perform ETL using Power Query
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports
- Perform trend and variance analysis
- Automate reporting using Power BI/Excel
- Business Analysis & Insights
- Convert business requirements into dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to management
- Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy and governance
- Maintain documentation for reports and data sources
