About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantity surveying capabilities along with practical site execution knowledge to effectively support project delivery from estimation through final account settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and project requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement quantities.
- Monitor project costs and track variations, change orders, and claims.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier bills and prepare client billing documentation.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Support procurement activities by preparing material quantity requirements.




- Monitor project progress and provide cost reports to management.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records.
- Participate in site meetings and provide commercial support to project teams.
- Review executed work against drawings and approved scope.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in office interiors, corporate workplaces, retail, hospitality, or turnkey fit-out projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation for interior fit-out works.
- Understanding of site execution processes, construction methodologies, and interior finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity extraction and drawing review.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare BOQs, cost sheets, rate analysis, and project reports.
- Knowledge of materials used in interior fit-outs, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, furniture, and finishes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on site experience in commercial interior projects.
- Ability to coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Familiarity with project billing, vendor management, and cost control.
- Experience working across Bengalore project sites.
