Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in business loan, housing finance, insurance, mutual funds, personal loans, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling existing products.
- Build robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative product offerings.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in areas such as business loan, fixed deposits, gold loan, housing finance (HF), housing loan (HL), insurance (INS), lap (Loan Against Property) & mortgage loans.
- Strong understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) regulations and guidelines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role within the BFSI sector.
