Role:

Lead the implementation and digital transformation of Odoo ERP across the Group's Construction, Warehousing, Industrial Parks, Hospitality and Real Estate businesses. The role is responsible for ERP strategy, implementation, integration, user adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo ERP Implementation

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across construction and warehousing businesses.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and consultants.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks and successful go-live.
- Ensure post-implementation support and continuous improvement.

- At least 2 successful Odoo ERP implementations in Construction, Real Estate, Warehousing or Infrastructure.
- Experience in multi-location organizations.
