We are looking for a detail-oriented F&V; Quality Executive to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables across procurement, storage, and distribution operations.
What Youll Do
- Inspect fruits and vegetables for quality, freshness, grading, and defects
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards
- Monitor storage conditions, temperature, and shelf life
- Conduct quality checks across warehouses and retail points
- Identify and report damages, spoilage, and rejection issues
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards
- Maintain quality reports and compliance documentation
- Audit vendors and farmers for quality compliance
