Senior AI Artist / AI Generative Production Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Artist / AI Generative Production Specialist with strong fundamental knowledge of generative AI tools and a solid understanding of filmmaking. The ideal candidate can create high-quality AI-driven video content while collaborating closely with creative, editorial, and production teams.

This role requires a mix of technical skills, creative understanding, communication ability, and team coordination. As a senior member, you will support junior artists, help maintain workflow quality, and ensure smooth execution across AI production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities AI Video Image Generation

- Produce high-quality AI-generated videos and images using tools such as:
- ComfyUI (fundamental skills required; advanced workflow building is a plus)
- Stable Diffusion and video diffusion models
- LoRA training and fine-tuning (fundamental understanding required; hands-on expertise preferred)

- Develop and maintain AI workflows for style consistency, shot continuity, and brand alignment.
- Troubleshoot and enhance AI-generated shots to meet internal quality benchmarks.
- Keep up with the latest generative AI tools and bring RD learnings into the pipeline.

Creative Filmmaking Integration

- Apply filmmaking fundamentals including:
- Shot composition
- Cinematography basics
- Continuity and visual flow
- Lighting behaviour
- Story pacing

- Translate creative briefs into visually aligned AI outputs.
- Work closely with editors, compositors, and the Creative Director to maintain creative coherence across scenes.

Team Collaboration Coordination

- Support junior AI artists by guiding them on workflows, quality control, and technical troubleshooting.
- Track tasks assigned within the AI pipeline and ensure timely updates.
- Participate in daily/weekly review cycles and support communication across teams.




- Collaborate effectively with editorial, creative, and production teams to maintain a smooth pipeline.
- Help maintain a positive, supportive team culture strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Required Skills Experience

- Robust fundamental knowledge of:
- ComfyUI
- Stable Diffusion video diffusion models
- LoRA concepts (training, fine-tuning, dataset preparation)

- Hands-on experience generating AI videos/images for creative or commercial use.
- Solid understanding of filmmaking principles and visual storytelling.
- Strong communication skills able to explain workflows, provide feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Expertise

- Advanced experience building complex ComfyUI pipelines.
- Hands-on LoRA training experience (character, style, brand).
- Familiarity with cutting-edge AI video tools (Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, etc.).
- Experience with video enhancement workflows (interpolation, upscaling, denoising).
- Basic knowledge of editing or VFX (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Nuke).
- Understanding of video compression, codecs, and delivery formats.
