Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs in our CBSE-affiliated school. The candidate should be committed to inclusive education and capable of working collaboratively with teachers, parents and school counsellor.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide academic and behavioral support to students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive teaching practices.
- Conduct remedial sessions and monitor student progress.
- Guide parents regarding intervention strategies and student development.
- Maintain documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines for inclusive education.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree




- B.Ed in Special Education.
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration is mandatory.
- CTET Qualified (Preferred).
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a CBSE affiliated reputed school.
- Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and inclusive education practices.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
