We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Bridge Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in bridge design, analysis, inspection, and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to bridge engineering standards, design software, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, analysis, and design of bridges and related structures.
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
- Support bridge inspection and condition assessment activities.
- Assist in preparing design documentation in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project teams.
- Learn and use engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MIDAS Civil, CSI Bridge, or similar tools.
- Participate in site visits for data collection and construction monitoring when required.
- Maintain project records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow company quality, safety, and engineering procedures.
