- Own end-to-end Oracle CPQ commerce processes, including complex product configurations, pricing, discounting logic, and quote-to-order flows.

- Design and govern custom CPQ Commerce Workflows where order lifecycle management is controlled upstream in CPQ.

- Define and maintain CPQ rules for configuration, pricing, approvals, and order submission processes.

- Ensure scalable and maintainable CPQ design with minimal customization.

Oracle Order Management (OM) Integration & Execution

- Ensure accurate mapping of order components, including:

Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and integration designs.

- Act as functional design authority, reviewing and validating solution approaches.

- Ensure adherence to standard Oracle best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.

Integration & Production Support
- Provide Tier-3 functional production support for CPQ and OM systems.

- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for functional and integration issues and drive permanent resolutions.

- Analyze integration failures, transactional discrepancies, and system behavior across CPQ and OM.

- Collaborate with integration teams working on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware platforms.
