IT Asset Executive

Asset Management Roles and Responsibilities:

- Track current procured assets and ensure those are recorded in Asset database.
- Maintaining the inventory of IT Assets and its configuration details while reporting all current and historical data concerned with each Asset throughout its lifecycle.
- Specifying all IT Assets in the Asset database. Tagging the assets with appropriate naming conventions as defined in the Asset management plan.
- Ensure to update asset by following IMAC process.
- Ensure the accuracy of all Asset attributes.
- Reconcile fixed Asset register and purchase records bimonthly and close the gaps if any.
- Provide data to renew AMC for Assets yearly and update Asset data base.
- Contributing to the procurement of all IT assets and managing the documentation of all the invoices,



PO copies of each Asset.
- Ensuring all new joiner tickets are closed within SLA and track the assets.
- Carry out physical audit periodically (Quarterly, half year, and yearly) to sustain the accuracy.
- Ensure assets are recovered during exit process and updated in tool.
- Carry out disposal activity of assets has reached at end of support.
- Ensure all assets are degaussed before disposal to be compliant with data privacy policy.
- Participate in the evolution of Asset management process.

Additional Skills Minimum 1 to 5 year experience IT Asset management and CMDB
