Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Support HR operations, attendance records, and employee data management.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives,
training sessions, and internal events.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
