Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sourcing of MSE LAP business from the open local market, existing Gold Loan Branches, should have strong market exposure, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships within team.

Source MSE LAP business through open market channels and local references from the Gold Loan Branches Identify potential customers in SME/MSE segments and generate leadsEvaluate customer requirements and provide suitable LAP product solutionsEnsure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applicationsWork closely with credit and operations teams for faster deal closuresAchieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall growth

Preferred candidate profile





Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sourcing MSE LAP business from the open marketProven track record of achieving sales targets in LAP/SME lendingStrong negotiation and convincing abilityResult-driven with a proactive approachAbility to work independently in a competitive field setting.
