- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/DNB) and MCh/DNB in Urology (As per NMC norms).
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Urology; fresh MCh/DNB Urology candidates may also apply.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing urological disorders, including kidney stones, prostate diseases, urinary tract disorders, male infertility, and urological emergencies.
- Experience in performing endourological, laparoscopic, and open urological procedures is preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient management abilities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work in a rapid-paced hospital environment with 8-hour shifts plus emergency/on-call responsibilities.
