Field Sales Executive

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Electrical, LED Lighting, Building Materials, or FMCG, will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and project sites
- Promote and demonstrate ORENO Lighting products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support
- Ensure timely payment collections and submit daily sales reports
