- Lead the Finance & Accounts function
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, MIS & compliance
- Oversee treasury, cash flow & working capital
- Drive project finance, financial modelling & profitability analysis
- Lead audits, statutory compliance & internal controls
- Partner with leadership, investors, banks & auditors for strategic decision-making
Preferred candidate profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years (Post-Qualification)
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and project finance
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth
- Prior experience in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, EPC, or other project-based organizations is preferred.
