Your Job Role Summary: Effective monitoring of Weld Shop operations of the assigned areas in terms of Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technical and Safety to achieve the defined targets with optimum utilization of resources and support to the team in achieving the organizaiton's goals.
Your key deliverables will be:
- Supervising closely the day-to-day production activities as per defined process parameters and ensure internal / external customer satisfaction.
- Co-ordination with other departmerns on issues concerning production planning with smooth resolution of issues to meet the production target.
- Providing technical guidance to the team regularly and respond to operator queries with focus on upskilling them.
- Overseeing the intorduction of new models and process changes to meet targeted outputs within the defined timelines.
- Maintaining and promoting high houskeeping standards in the respective section and ensurign safe and workplace friendly work area.
- Identifying and reporting unsafe conditions to immeidate superior & rectifying the unsafe acts immeidately.
- Facilitating reduciton in trnasformation cost through implementaiton of various improvemnet initiatives related to productivity, invnetory reduction, quality, resource utilization and capacity enhancement.
- Preparing & providing timely shift production reports (MIS) for key planinng and allocation decisions.
Essential Qualifcation: Bachelors degree in Automobile OR Mechanical OR Production.
Desired Qualification: Masters Qualification in related field.
Work Experience: Total 5+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.
Preferred Industry Experience: Automobile industry.
