Role & responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students.
- Support students with emotional, behavioural and social concerns.
- Plan and facilitate life skills and social emotional learning (SEL) sessions.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support student well-being.
- Identify students requiring additional support and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and protected school environment.
- Participate in school wellness initiatives and awareness programmes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or a related field.
- Prior experience as a School Counsellor, Student Counsellor or Counselling Psychologist is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
