Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in CNC machine tool, automation, aerospace, defence, automotive, and precision engineering industries.
- Promote rotary tables, indexers, and related machine tool accessories.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end customers.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Understand customer machining applications and recommend suitable rotary table solutions.
- Select appropriate rotary table models based on load capacity, indexing accuracy, torque, and machine compatibility.
- Support customers in integration with CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Heidenheim.
- Assist customers with layout drawings, interface requirements, and installation planning.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for special applications and custom solutions.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities when required.

Technical Support Responsibilities

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.




- Prepare application notes, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate with production and service teams for delivery schedules and customer support.
- Support exhibitions, machine tool shows, and customer training programs.

Qualifications

- Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
- MBA-Marketing, Business development

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine tools.
- Understanding of rotary tables, indexing systems, and clamping mechanisms.
- Familiarity with CNC controllers such as Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical discussions.
