Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who thrives at the intersection of content, speed, and AI. You'll own Burger Singh's social media execution, create high-impact content, and support franchise marketing across 100+ cities while maintaining the brand's bold, Hinglish personality.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

- Own daily publishing across Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage content calendars, topical moments, and reactive content.
- Write captions, copies, and scripts in Burger Singh's distinctive Hinglish, food-first tone.
- Manage community engagement through comments and DMs.
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and identify winning content.

Content Creation

- Script Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand videos.
- Create copy for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Head and design team on briefs, concepts, and scalable content ideas.

AI-Assisted Content Production

- Create and iterate content using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Veo, and Seedance.
- Develop and refine prompts for AI-generated assets.
- Ensure AI content aligns with Burger Singh's visual identity.




- Build prompt libraries and AI content SOPs.

Franchise Marketing Support

- Act as the primary marketing contact for franchise partners across India.
- Manage creative requests including local offers, menu updates, occasion creatives, and WhatsApp assets.
- Work within Canva templates and coordinate custom design requirements.
- Ensure brand compliance with local relevance.
- Maintain request trackers and SLA-driven response timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have

- 24 years of social media content experience, preferably in F&B;, D2C, or consumer brands.
- Strong Hindi/Hinglish writing with an authentic brand voice and wit.
- Proven AI content production portfolio (images/videos).
- Ability to manage high-volume content requests without compromising quality.
- Self-driven and capable of executing independently.

Positive to Have

- Experience with multi-outlet food chains or franchise brands.
- Proficiency in Canva and design briefing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and boosted content.
- Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools.
