The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) Amex s Human Resources function is responsible for all colleague-related benefits and programs globally, including growth opportunities and development, leadership and learning, total rewards and well-being, recruitment, labor relations, colleague servicing, and more. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a key role in enabling this mission by delivering exceptional services, capabilities, data, and insights. The Colleague Product Management (CPM) team within CS leads the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that power the colleague experience across the enterprise.
This role owns the Payroll and Benefits product portfolio within the Oracle HCM ecosystem, ensuring reliable, compliant, and colleague-centric experiences.
Critical Factors to Success
Oracle Payroll, and Benefits experience required.
Product Management experience in enterprise HR technology.
Knowledge of payroll operations and benefits administration.
Strong risk and compliance mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Global payroll experience.
Vendor and integration management experience.
Experience leading enterprise transformations.
- Define and execute Payroll and Benefit product strategy.
- Lead Oracle Payroll and Advantages roadmap and modernization.
- Drive automation, simplification, and process optimization.
- Balance compliance, risk, operational excellence, and colleague experience.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Technology and Compliance leaders.
- Define operational and experience-based success metrics.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to break down complex challenges into actionable insights.
- Familiar with Agile tools and methods and comfortable working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
- A strong communicator who can gather input from stakeholders, document requirements, and support alignment across teams.
- Curious and eager to learn about product management, colleague experience, and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
