Working Schedule

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + All Sundays

Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Tele Recruiters with proven experience in telesales and recruitment within a consulting firm environment. The role requires high-volume calling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a performance-oriented, office-based setup.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Make 70+ outbound calls per day to potential candidates

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per assigned job requirements

- Explain job roles, company details, compensation, and interview processes clearly to candidates

- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates

- Maintain accurate daily calling records, candidate trackers, and MIS reports

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

- Coordinate with internal recruiters,



team leads, and hiring managers

- Ensure professional and ethical communication at all times

- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Tele Sales, and

- Recruitment with a Consulting / Staffing Firm

- Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment preferred

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance targets

Performance & Compensation Structure

- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and interview performance)

- Performance Policy: 8X Policy Applicable

- Minimum 80% target achievement is mandatory

- If performance falls below 80%, salary deduction will apply as per company policy
