Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Field Service Lightning Web, Apex Programming, Lightning Web Component and Integration experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that enhance our Salesforce Field Service capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications within the SSalesforce Field Service Lightning Web, Apex Programming, Lightning Web Component and Integration experience.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Field Service features and enhancements to leverage in development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers.




- Contribute to project planning and estimation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and data management tools.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (FSL, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud knowledge is added advantage
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in mobile application development.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant) are a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce Field Service with LWC, Apex programming and Integrations experience.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and collaboration in a team environment.
