We are hiring a Customer Support Associate with robust experience in handling international voice processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in Night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Meet SLA, KPI, and quality targets
- Escalate issues when required
Mandatory Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Experience in handling US/UK/AUS customers
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
