Key responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and IT technologies.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
Location- 4th Block Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
