Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and repair to maintain optimal performance.
- Oversee after-sales service operations, including warranty claims processing and customer complaints resolution.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for vehicle utilization, route planning, and transport operations to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of fleet management.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in after sales service, fleet maintenance, workshop management.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics, servicing procedures, and maintenance schedules.
- Proven track record in managing large fleets (50+ vehicles) with multiple locations.
