Role & responsibilities

- Overall plant finance function
- Foster a collaborative setting and ensure team efficiency
- Team spirit
- Working and closely coordinating with other key functions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulations
- Manage plant accounting functions including accounts finalization, MIS preparation, factory accounts management, general accounting.




- Timely booking of all invoices, follow up with store and other functions to submit their invoices in time for booking. Accurate provisions for MIS.
- Maintaining and updating fixed asset records
- Working and closely coordinating with other key functions (including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxation, Internal Audit, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition)
- Prepare various details and reports in relation to the plant accounting.
- Ensure compliances of TDS, Tax Audit, GST etc. relating to the plant.
