Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process freight invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including invoices, payments, and correspondence.
Job Requirements :
- 9-25 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Review and provide advisory support on Initial, Final Freight and Hire invoice.
- Provide senior advisory and subjectmatter expertise across Post Fixture Invoicing and commercial accounting activities
- Solid knowledge of invoice processing procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
