Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager- FMCG @ Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Zepto, Jiomart, and the company website.
- Ensure timely order processing, inventory updates, fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and customer issue resolution.
- Create and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, keywords, and catalog content to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor pricing, competitors, inventory levels, and product performance across all online channels.
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising, promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales to drive revenue.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a superior customer experience.
- Manage inventory forecasting and stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Analyze sales performance, ROAS, conversion rates, customer feedback, and marketplace metrics to improve business performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller ratings.




- Identify new online sales opportunities and implement strategies to scale the e-commerce business.
- Work independently, take ownership of business growth, and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 37 years of experience in e-commerce operations within the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Jiomart, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, catalog management, digital marketing, pricing strategies, and online advertising.
- Experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and e-commerce analytics tools is preferred.
