Job Description Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company: Home Bazaar Services Pvt Ltd

Location: Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Pune

Employment Type: Fulltime

Experience Required: 2 to 7 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Draft, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conduct job analysis to define responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectations
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including job boards, newspapers, and campus portals
- Source candidates through databases, social media, job portals,



and innovative sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct structured and competency-based interviews
- Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
- Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in conducting various interview formats (structured, stress, competency-based)
- Skilled in selection techniques including phone screening and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, job portals, and CMS tools
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent judgment and candidate evaluation capabilities

Work Schedule & Targets

- Working Days: 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off + All Sundays Off)
