Kasmo.ai is a technology-driven organization specializing in digital transformation, AI, data analytics, cloud solutions, and talent services. We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with experience in Semiconductor/VLSI hiring to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Semiconductor, VLSI, ASIC, FPGA, RTL Design, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, and Embedded Engineering roles.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills





- 1 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Semiconductor/VLSI/Embedded Engineering positions is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, and other job portals.
- Solid understanding of VLSI technologies including ASIC, FPGA, RTL, DFT, Physical Design, Verification, STA, and SoC concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with staffing firms, RPOs, or technology organizations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exp with contract staffing, Semiconductor or vlsi hiring.
