We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Talent Excellence to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in talent management, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with employees, management,



and other stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent management, focusing on recruitment, training, and development.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with HR software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
- Solid analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
