Roles and Responsibility

- Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and escalating issues.
- Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
- Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Develops own knowledge, shares best practices, and develops relevant solutions.
- May set day-to-day operational objectives as a formal team leader of more junior co-workers.
- Continuously improves daily activities and processes.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a specific area.
- Knowledge base typically acquired from a qualified/university degree.
- Fully proficient in executing established standards and works independently within set frames.
- Ability to develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
