Role & responsibilities

This role involves handling the entire operations of Company Secretary along with legal function and tackle issues arising thereof. In this role candidate is expected to create right check & balance to safeguard the Company from regulatory risks and ensure compliance.

- Ensure 100% timely compliance of all applicable regulations for the company
- Discharge of Company Secretary activities incl. conducting Board, Committees and Shareholder meetings and advise Board & Senior Management on statutory implications of applicable Statutory Acts, Rules and Regulations on continuous basis and filings of necessary forms and returns with Government Authorities
- Reply & resolve all regulatory notices
- Monitoring compliance through a compliance monitoring tool and coordinating
- Timely Drafting / review of all types of contracts & other documents




- Issuing of legal notices and filing of complaints including cheque bounce cases, defending the Company or person responsible nominated by the Company in regulatory matters and other legal matters responding effectively to stop sale notices and show cause notices and assisting business teams to get the issues closed with Regulatory authorities
- Vet and transparent pack shots of the products to ensure the compliances with Legal Metrology, Fertiliser Control Order and Insecticide Act and Rules
- Manage the Organizations Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) including applying for Trademarks, filing replies to Registry Objections, third party oppositions and cease and desist notices.
- Support and coordinate with Auditors for all audits incl. Statutory, Internal, Cost and Secretarial Audits
