Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should have progressed through the staffing lifecycle, starting as a Recruiter, moving into Delivery, and subsequently into Account Management. We are looking for someone who can independently manage client relationships, delivery operations, interviews, hires, onboarding, compliance, and overall account growth.

Key Requirements

1. Solid Domestic Staffing experience.
2. Prior hands-on experience in Recruitment and Delivery.
3. Minimum 3 5 years of Account Management experience.
4. Experience handling multiple client accounts.
5. Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
6. Experience managing interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance activities.
7. Ability to operate independently and contribute from Day 1.
8. Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
