We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Perform specialized HR consulting and coaching services for business leaders.
- Enable business change by supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes and talent integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Advocate for HR programs, communicating their business value and managing rollouts to minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams on key talent initiatives like workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team, making operational decisions within a defined scope.




- Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence, potentially supervising less experienced professionals and taking responsibility for end-products.

Job Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR consulting and coaching principles and practices.
- Experience in enabling business change and supporting talent aspects of organizational structure changes.
- Strong understanding of HR program advocacy and communication.
- Ability to partner with business and talent management/staffing and recruiting teams.
