We are looking for a skilled Voice Coach to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and a strong background in voice coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve vocal quality and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer interactions and provide feedback.
- Create engaging content to promote positive work workplace and team building activities.
- Monitor employee progress and offer constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.




- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching and customer service.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO operations and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with international teams and clients is an added advantage.
