Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly weaving production plans based on sales orders and capacity.
- Allocate looms and resources to maximize utilization and minimize idle time.
- Monitor beam availability from warping and coordinate for other RM.
- Track order progress, delays, and deviations against plan.
- Maintain MIS reports for production, efficiency %, and downtime.
- Liaise with sales, warping, other in-house yarn/RM dept. and processing departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely delivery of woven fabrics as per customer requirements.
- Highlight bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of weaving processes, looms (Jacquard, Dobby, etc. ), and yarn types.
- Proficiency in Excel/ERP for production planning and reporting.
- Analytical skills for capacity planning and variance analysis.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage priorities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
