We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed large-scale Google Ads campaigns and consistently delivered outstanding results.

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of USD $30,000+.
- Continuously improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and increase conversions.
- Build and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to improve landing page performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Required

- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.




- Proven experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least USD $30,000 per month.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Search Ads
- Performance Max
- Google Shopping
- Display & YouTube Ads

- Advanced knowledge of:

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Google Merchant Center

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working remotely with international clients.

Preferred

- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with eCommerce or Lead Generation businesses.
- Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and advanced reporting.
