We are looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years of experience to join our team for a prestigious hotel project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile hospitality development and play a key role in delivering world-class construction standards.

Experience: 5-10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent

What You'll Do

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates
Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and measurements
Handle variations, claims, and change orders
Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration




Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to

ensure cost-effective project delivery

What We're Looking For:

5-10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in building construction

projects
Experience in hotel, hospitality, projects must need.
Solid expertise in billing, budgeting, rate analysis, and cost

management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying tools
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
