1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to achieve world-class equipment reliability, availability, safety and maintenance cost performance.

2. Lead preventive, predictive, condition-based and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and asset lifecycle.

3. Manage the reliability and performance of production equipment, automation systems and plant utilities, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

4. Drive continuous improvement through TPM, Reliability Engineering, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), RCFA, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

5. Ensure effective utilization of the CMMS for preventive maintenance planning, work order management, asset history, maintenance KPIs and equipment performance analysis.

6. Lead CAPEX planning and execution, including PIR, technical evaluation, budget planning, procurement, installation, commissioning and production handover.

7. Govern the plant CAPEX portfolio by consolidating project status, capital spending forecasts and cash flow plans from Project and Asset Managers, ensuring forecast accuracy, budget control and timely management reporting.

Conduct periodic project review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain the CAPEX master plan, monitor project milestones, identify risks and drive timely project execution.

9. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, EHS and Engineering teams to align maintenance priorities, capital investments and business objectives.

10. Manage maintenance budgets, contractor performance, vendor development, technical service agreements and critical spare parts to achieve operational and financial targets.

11. Ensure compliance with corporate EHS standards, machine safety requirements, statutory regulations and applicable quality management systems.

12. Lead, coach and develop maintenance, projects and asset management teams through performance management, competency development and succession planning.

13. Prepare and review maintenance, reliability, utility and CAPEX performance reports, presenting key KPIs, risks and improvement plans to plant management.
