Role & responsibilities

- Teach MBA courses in the assigned specialization (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments.
- Guide student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
- Mentor students for academic and career development.
- Organize seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
- Perform examination duties, evaluation, and academic administration.
- Support admission, placement, and institutional development activities.
- Carry out other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience:

Only Candidates with teaching experience will be considered.

- Ph.D.



in Management/Business Administration from a recognized University.
- MBA/PGDM with positive grade.
- Qualification and experience as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- At least 2 years experience needed

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students and collaborate with industry.
- Leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.
