We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
- Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
- Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
- Refer applicants, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Assist with job advertising and posting.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
- A professional/university degree is required.
