Roles and Responsibility

- Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
- Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
- Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Manages and oversees the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
- Executes specialized projects and activities according to set principles.
- Supervises work of less experienced professionals,



providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product.

Job Requirements
