Educational qualification : B-Tech in Civil

Work Experience : Experience in construction industry /Construction materials Procurement preferable

Job Description:

- Ensure procurement processes are followed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Possess solid knowledge of civil engineering materials and construction project activities, including work contracts and new material procurement.
- Evaluate vendor selection processes and analyse procurement transactions for efficiency and compliance.
- Perform data analysis across procurement, inventory, factory operations, and sales to support decision-making.
- Support audit functions through data analysis and technical inputs related to projects and factories activities.
- Verify procurement documents from a techno-commercial perspective, including purchase orders, work orders,



asset purchases, and import purchase orders.
- Review material quantity requirements from an audit perspective by analysing drawings and supporting documents.
- Ensure material specifications align with design requirements and assess their technical feasibility.
- Analyse and prepare reports on material usage and consumption patterns at both macro and micro levels to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Conduct rate analysis in selected cases to identify gaps between estimated and actual contract costs.
- Visit project sites and factories as required to validate processes and data.
