Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib in a production or analytics-heavy environment.Practical experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM) ETLsSolid experience working with or modernizing monolithic applications.Strong communication skills having experience working directly with client Business and IT teams and leading a technical team of 6-8 developers giving them technical directions for development.Experience working in Agile methodology
