Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO operations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
